nd88 Terms & Conditions — Bangladesh Players

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nd88 ("nd88", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the nd88 online gaming and sports betting platform available at nd88.im and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces ("Platform").

By completing registration on the nd88 Platform, by logging into an existing nd88 account, or by placing any wager, accessing any game, or making any deposit or withdrawal through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the nd88 Platform and close your account.

nd88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, nd88 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the contact details held on their account — which is why maintaining an accurate and current email address and phone number on your nd88 account is a condition of continued use. Continued use of the Platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the nd88 Privacy Policy and the nd88 Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and nd88. Specific bonus offers, promotions, and tournaments on nd88 may carry additional terms that supplement and, where stated, override these general Terms for the duration of that specific offer.

2 Eligibility & Age

Access to the nd88 Platform and participation in any form of real-money gaming or betting is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) aged 18 years or older.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you as an individual.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organisation for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, a self-excluded status on nd88 that is still in effect.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of nd88, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless nd88 has granted explicit written permission in a specific case.

By registering on nd88, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. nd88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify eligibility and to suspend access pending verification. Providing false information during registration — including falsifying your date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) nd88 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Where nd88 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, any balances will be forfeited, and bonus funds will be voided.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document, a valid email address you control, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, and a date of birth that truthfully reflects your age. nd88 uses this information to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you about your account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nd88 login credentials, including your username and password. nd88 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your nd88 account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you report a suspected compromise to nd88 support at [email protected]. Upon notification, nd88 will immediately suspend the account pending investigation.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

nd88 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances. KYC verification requires you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence showing your name and Bangladesh address)
• Proof of payment method (a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits)

nd88 targets a KYC review turnaround of 24 hours for standard document submissions. Accounts with pending KYC may continue to play but withdrawals will be held until verification is complete. Submitting fraudulent, altered, or forged documentation is a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All nd88 account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits or withdrawals made in BDT. nd88 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh Players:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi commercial banks
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank for online transactions)

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at nd88 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though nd88 may apply transaction limits as part of responsible gaming controls or anti-money-laundering procedures for specific accounts or payment methods. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your nd88 wallet within seconds of payment confirmation under normal operating conditions.

nd88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name. Any deposit received from a payment method that does not match the registered account holder's identity will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount at nd88 is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as a fraud prevention measure. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. For KYC-verified accounts, nd88 targets the following processing times:

• bKash and Nagad: 15–30 minutes under normal operating conditions
• Rocket and Upay: 30–60 minutes under normal operating conditions
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business hours, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule

nd88 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside nd88's control. Withdrawal requests submitted outside Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours for bank transfers may be queued for processing on the next business day. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

nd88 offers a range of bonus and promotional offers to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal Bangladesh market promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms published with the individual offer on the nd88 Bonus page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New nd88 Players are eligible for a Welcome Bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit, subject to the specific percentage and minimum deposit stated in the current Welcome Bonus offer on the Bonus page. The Welcome Bonus is available once per Player and once per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Wagering requirements applicable to the Welcome Bonus are stated clearly on the Bonus page.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and become real-money funds only after the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated on the Bonus page.
• Bonus offers may carry an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in the specific bonus terms.
• nd88 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets designed specifically to clear wagering requirements, using a bonus in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay, or coordinating with other accounts to exploit promotional terms.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time per Player account, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the nd88 Platform are subject to the specific rules published for each sport, market, or game category. General principles that apply across all nd88 betting and gaming products are set out below.

6.1 Sports Betting

Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed on the bet slip at the time of wager placement. Odds are subject to change at any time up to the moment the bet is confirmed — the odds displayed on your confirmed bet slip are the odds that apply to your settled wager. nd88 reserves the right to void any bet where a clear pricing error has occurred, where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where there is evidence the market was manipulated.

For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — specific settlement rules apply regarding rain interruptions, abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results, and over-reduction scenarios. 6.2 Casino and Slot Games

All nd88 casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by our licensed game studio partners including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. nd88 is not responsible for any failure of game software that is attributable to faults or outages at the game studio provider level. In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, nd88's systems record the state of play at the point of disconnection and will settle the round based on the last confirmed game state where possible, or void the round and return the stake to your balance where settlement is not possible.

6.3 Fishing Games

Fishing games including Caishen Fishing operate on a skill-and-chance combined basis. Players purchase ammunition (bullets) that are consumed as part of gameplay. Winnings are calculated based on the multiplier value of targets caught. Minimum and maximum bullet purchase values are displayed within each fishing game. All fishing game sessions on nd88 are subject to the same RNG certification standards as slot games.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the nd88 Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and bonus funds, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming welcome bonuses, referral rewards, or any other first-time-only promotional offer.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with live casino games, or exploit platform features.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing wagers based on non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event.
• Conducting any transaction through nd88 for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any third party to operate your account, including via power-of-attorney arrangements.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the nd88 Platform, its software, APIs, or security systems.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, error, or unintended feature of the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered bug are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward nd88 support staff or other players in any chat, messaging, or communication channel on the Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access controls or to create the false impression of accessing the Platform from a different location.
• Placing bets on behalf of, or in coordination with, any person who is self-excluded from nd88 or who does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2 of these Terms.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

nd88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Submission of false, fraudulent, or forged identity documents.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormancy policy — see below).
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from any payment provider linked to the account.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction or closure.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting nd88 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after standard KYC verification. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is causing harm may request self-exclusion from the nd88 Platform for a minimum period of 6 months, up to a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the account is deactivated, marketing communications are suppressed, and the account cannot be reactivated until the exclusion period has fully elapsed and the Player has completed a re-instatement request. 8.3 Dormant Account Policy

An nd88 account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months without any login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity. nd88 will send notification emails to the registered address at 9 months and 11 months of inactivity to alert the Player before the dormancy policy activates. At the 12-month mark, a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player logging in and completing a KYC confirmation.
